What is Crystal Healing therapy and how does it work?

Just as a piano goes out of tune through playing, so the stresses and strains of life often mean we need retuning. The energetic vibrations of crystals can be very helpful in retuning subtle human energy and thereby restoring health and wellness. This is carried out in quiet and peaceful surroundings to aid the process.

What happens during a treatment?

A typical treatment involves noting particulars and your problems, and then whilst lying down, selected crystals are placed on or about your fully clothed body.

From your subtle energy fields unwanted energy will be drained off, any repair work necessary carried out to the energy fields or structures, and healing energy flowed in to those areas needing it.

Then the main energy centres will be balanced and the aura smoothed and aligned.

Normally 90 minutes are allocated for the first visit and 60 minutes for each subsequent visit.

Natural fibre clothing is best for treatment times and if possible avoid black.

What does it feel like?

Immediate relief to specific symptoms can occur, however the benefits are more likely to be felt over a period of time. Most people find a crystal healing therapy treatment deeply relaxing and calming. Sometimes there may be tingling or similar mild sensations as energy moves. Occasionally when energy blockages are removed or other changes occur there can be mild discomfort for a short period.

Is it safe?

This is a non-invasive and very gentle therapy so any risks are believed to be nonexistent. This type of therapy will not negate nor interfere with any treatment your doctor may prescribe.
